        Hey! Remember me?! The one you looked straight through at the front counter like I was invisible? Yeah, it's me! Ordered from the mobile app, $60 to feed me and my 3 kids. I figured it would be quicker than sitting in the 45 minute drive through to get lettuce when I ask for plain. Arrive and my bag is sitting in your case. Ignored. Watched you get all the other orders together, ignored. Got the attention of someone and he told you I'm waiting on an order, ignored. Watched you then make someone else's entire meal again, ignored, and go to the front and call even more people up. My food was done correctly!! Yes! It was! I mean the food we could pick off the wrappers anyway because it got cold and stuck fast to them. Thanks so much! I work hard for my money too and I think next time I spend $60 I'll give it to McDonald's or Wendy's or even the Hearth. Seriously, do better! Say hi! Smile! Acknowledge People! Rude.
