Trash food. Sent my friend to the hospital. Wouldnt eat if I was lost at sea with Tom Hanks.

Would not recommend. Food was not seasoned well. Breaded chicken was dry. Best foods at our party were made by us rather than catered. Automatic gratuity applied to total. This was not disclosed until the final conversation, the day before the party. Additionally, I had to call to confirm all details. As someone who formerly owned my own business, I would always call to confirm with clients (not the other way around). No follow-up call to inquire how food and services were. Pass on this one.

Elaine was very pleasant and made my decision to hire her as my caterer very easy. I noticed her and her staff at another wedding and was very pleased and their professionalism. And knew I had to talk to the owner to interview her for my wedding

After paying over $3200/50 people for catering for a post funeral luncheon, our family was very underwhelmed by Elaines catering. Most of the food was store bought. The chicken noodle soup had no chicken in it, the food was flavorless, very bland. We were quoted $12 on table cloths that were purchased by us for under $1. Overall we feel we were cheated by this company. If you do use Elaines catering get an itemized list before you pay her. I would also recommend you get samples of the food before you order it.
