        Horrible experience. Mr. Shepp was rude and ignorant to me. Told me i was a pain in his ass after only 2 phone calls with a question for him. Very unprofessional

        Very unprofessional. Asked a question and that since we looked into another bail bonds first, he replied he cant help and its not his problem before hanging up the phone rudely...Horrible experience especially when one is going through such a tough time...you'd be better off with someone else!

        The service was fantastic and he served me as quick as he possibly could. Ignore the one star review from the tool who can't spell. I asked Mr. Shepp about that as I was skeptical and he told me it was simply a matter of conflict and she was unreasonable with him. Overall would recommend to absolutely anyone who needs a service like this.
