All therapists are great here; very welcoming staff. Dr. Mark & Tyler are the dynamic duo. Highly trained; they listen and adjust as needed, and provide a Disney-like customer service. I even goofed up my schedule and came in as if i had therapy that day (schedule has been crazy) and theyfit me in and didnt complain or correct me. White glove service with high level of expertise. Couldnt recommend more!

Looks like not everybody feels the same but I attended 20+ sessions here. Even tho they seem to keep track of the progress but I get passed around like a toy between PTs and I could not get a session with one person more than 3-4 times. For some it may not matter but believe me everyone is different. This is why my diagnosis took longer so does the recovery process. The director does not seem to care about it

I highly recommend Ivy Rehab for any PT related needs. A little background on my story and why I recommend them: I met Mark, the clinical director and DPT , back in April 2023 at a Health Fair we were both participating in and spoke with him about some ongoing issues that I had (and still have). He listened, didn't push his business, and I left with his card. Fast forward to August, where everything with my knee and back got progressively worse. I saw an orthopedic doctor who recommended trying the Orthovisc/Synvisc injections again, but no suggestions on exercises or other pain relief until the medicine came in.When I called back for that info, the PA recommended I try aqua-therapy. I stopped by Ivy Rehab one day to ask how aqua-therapy worked for them. Mark was there and he remembered me. Somehow, I stopped by at the right time, because he was able to do an evaluation later that afternoon. From the get go-his entire office has been very helpful and friendly, whether it be exercises, scheduling, or billing. Mark has been my PT. The way my back and knee are makes me , in my opinion a tough case, he says that he considers my issues a "fun" case. Although, my pain is still there, I am seeing some improvement since I first started (a little less knee pain) Mark is very good at explaining why I have the pain where I do, where we would prefer the pain to move to (though he would rather me have no pain), and why that is preferred. Mark and his team are very knowledgeable and great at demonstrating exercises and explaining your home program to you (they even have an app/website that they put your individual exercise program on if you forget). Mark is also determined to pin down any new (or old)pain and will change exercises as needed. I have seen the other PT's with their clients, and I have no doubt they are doing the same as Mark. The other thing I like is that all of the staff there know their clients by name and greet you by name as soon as you come in the door. They also have a way making it a relaxing atmosphere. So, if you have been in pain and referred to do PT, I highly recommend Ivy Rehab of Lansdale, PA.
