If you need prescriptions and expect to talk to a doctor, then get a prescription sent to the pharmacy it won't happen. Either A) it won't be sent in at all or B) it will be the wrong medicine or dose..this happens literally every time for my husband and takes WEEKS and multiple calls to be resolved. Also, Greg was very disrespectful to me and did not solve my issue, I went to urgent care and heard the urgent care doctor say to the nurse "can you believe her PCP sent her home and told her to take OTC med for that?!" I haven't found a new PCP yet so I just say I dont have one because I will not go back.

Some of receptionist behavior so rude and mean they should learn how to behave with patients then seat over there. Thanks

I called 2 days ago and left a message trying to get an appointment. Still have not heard back!

4-1-2021. Update... I am now in the belief that if you can leave a message, no one listens. I needed an appointment and missed their return call. I called left another message with ALL my availability. They should LISTEN to the message instead of saying “ returning your call”. I invested over 45 minutes in wait time from work trying to reach them. They have the NERVE to defend themselves with , “ we did call back”. Side note: I would change primary’s except for I’m in the middle of a medical condition requiring attention. The office staff is very very nice fact to face. Their horrid system supersedes anything they do right. From earlier in March 2021.... Just once, just once! I’d to reach a live person where I don’t have to play phone tag. The only thing this office is good for is getting referrals out on time or a script for a refill. I dare any patient to have a real medical problem I need to reach the physician. I love my primary! This group is the worst ever! Find a different group to join!
