I needed replacement windows for an old historic home. In office, I was guided to a variety of appearance and pricing options that met my needs. When I didn't have the first clue where to start measuring the quirky openings of the old colonial home, I had a walk-through scheduled within 3 days of making the request, and Brian and Scott came out and made things very easy for me. I was impressed with their ability to troubleshoot and come up with a game plan that would result in the best interior and exterior finished appearance while not compromising ease of installation. I am more than happy with the services performed thus far, and I will be leaving a separate review once the windows are installed.

I recently worked with Mike Pfeiffer from Pella on a quote for new windows and doors. Mike was friendly on the phone as we schedule the appointment. The day of the appointment. He called ahead to let me know that he was running a bit ahead of schedule and would be early if that was ok. Once he arrived. He worked to take measurements of the items that I would like to replace and answered my questions as they popped up. He then walked me through all the different options for the windows and doors that he built a quote for. Finally he spent time discussing the quote with me and the benefits of the different payment option. Mike was extremely friendly and easy going all through the process. I would highly recommend working with him on any window or door needs.
