Mike Angell came out to my house on a Saturday morning because it was convenient for me and explained in detail how the pella windows are constructed from scratch all the way through to how they are installed and was very polite and knowledgeable. He asked me what I liked and disliked about my current windows and recommended the 250 series to us which we really liked. He was laid back and not pushy and wore a mask the entire time to keep me safe from covid even though we had our vaccine. He was friendly and I felt comfortable talking with him and asking questions that he answered in detail. Service: Window design

We worked with Jessica to purchase our windows, she was concise and proficient at talking about the installation and the pricing. We went through many different contractors and brands but found Pella to be the most valuable for the amount paid.
