Do not go there. They have the worst customer service skills. First of all, a lady scheduled me but never actually put me on their scheduled calendar. When I got there, I was told that I wasn't on the list. So, I was rescheduled to come in on another day, which was this past Friday, November 26th. So I went and got my lashes done. On Saturday morning, as I was brushing them using the little brush that they gave me to brush my lashes, I realized some were coming off. I didn't think anything of it. Keep in mind that I followed the aftercare instruction, such as not getting them wet or applying any make-up. On Sunday morning, which is today, I used the same little brush to brush them. Then again, another bulk of lashes came off. So, I decided to call them to tell them what had happened. The lady didn't care. All she was worried about was money. She wanted me to come back in a week for a refill. Really? How am I gonna trust you with my face/lashes again, knowing that you did a very poor job the 1st time? They don't care about customer satisfaction. Money is their priority. Worst place ever. Don't waste your money, you'll be disappointed.
