Inner Circle Physical Therapy & Myofascial Release Center

On Thanksgiving, I woke up with Bell's Palsy which turned my life upside down emotionally and physically. I started PT with myofascial release at Inner Circle a week later. After about 3 weeks, I started improving significantly. The knowledge, skill, and expertise of the staff is second to none. Not only have they helped with my acute condition, but have also helped my migaines and chronic neck and back pain. Highly recommended!!

I started therapy with Tim at the office on Grant ave in late January 2022 for back and leg pain due to Sciatica. I've been going faithfully twice a week since then and have had a significant decline in my symptoms. Tim is an expert manual therapist able to release long-standing tightnesses that have been present in my body for years. Combined with the exercises he recommended I'm back to feeling pain free for the first time in months. The office seems bare bones with no office staff at the front but I didn't wait long to be seen and more importantly the treatments have really made a difference in my quality of life. I Highly recommend this practice

Would not recommend this facility in NE Philadelphia. As a new patient I arrived 10 min early only to be left standing at the registration desk. Fifteen minutes after my appointment was scheduled when I checked again the therapist, Tim who then identified himself dismissed my time with it was only a fifteen minute wait. "Doctor's offices often run late."  This is scheduled therapy and I was an expected appointment. Registration cannot begin until the therapist is finished with the previous patient?  I did not feel welcome or that my time was valued. The discourteous staff  as well as lack of any front desk personnel or outside sign to direct patients makes me question the quality of any therapy, which I did not stay for.

I cant say enough about this facility and the people that work there you are treated like family from Amy at the front desk to Amy the multitasker Dave and Jim you are all amazing Jim I cant thank you enough for what you did for me this past week my back was horrific hardly able to walk and after you took time when I left Inner Circle I felt like a new person this place is amazing thank you for all you guys do
