Went for a wellness visit and they charged me my copay for an office visit because I told my NP what other concerns I had. Charged me $10 to fill out a paper that needed a check mark confirming that I got a physical. Receptionists and office manager are rude and did not tell me whether or not something is covered by insurance. Completely unprofessional. Will be changing offices.

I'm currently looking for a new physician as this place has been a revolving door of doctors for the past couple years. Most recently Dr. Matthew has been the primary doctor and his social interaction and bedside manner were horrible. As we discussed a couple issues he actually laughed at my symptoms, told me that something that had just occurred within the previous week had actually been there since birth and he couldn't understand why I had just noticed it and was even bothering to come to the doctor, before laughing again and sending me on my way. Another doctor has since confirmed that I should have surgery. I would highly suggest finding another physicians group.

I would strongly recommend NOT seeing Dr.Mathew. After telling him my symptoms, he stayed seated and did not evaluate me what so ever. He then asked my significant other to leave the room, and asked me personal questions - what do my parents do for a living, am I happy in my relationship? I did not come to see a shrink, I came to seek medical advice for stomach pains. Complete waste of my time and extremely unprofessional.
