Former employee. The Executive Director, Elodie, is unprofessional and does not know how to run an agency. Sad she runs the place and those above her allowed years of her mistreating employees who care about the clients. Hopefully they will get someone in there that will change things for the better once she gone. Hopefully all her chosen supervisors that work under her will learn to do better going forward. She made PMHC very unhealthy and toxic. It is sad.

As a former client & former employee I can attest to the absolute abominable way this place is run. The executive staff are constantly working against the lower level employees & the only employees that make it past a year are deeply flawed morally. A very high rate of nepotism when it comes to retention & promotion. PATH program headed by Keith Smothers acts with severe malice towards recipients they don't like. A horrible place to work & a dangerous place to receive services if you're in need.

If this place gets any funding from the state or anywhere else .it should be taken away The place should be closed down. They are hurting more than helping. There should be legal recourse for people who need assistance. If anyone knows anything about licensing please let me know

They bounced me around SEVEN counselors in 2.5 years. Interns stay only a few months and new staff-members often leave sooner. Appointments often get rescheduled on short notice and administration never returns calls. They will move Heaven and Earth to push medication on you though. The second star is for the decent employees who actually care and help, of which there are a few. Unfortunately, attending PMHC has been so stressful and time-consuming that it has only worsened the conditions I went there to be treated for.
