The worst office ever!!! Impossible to reach them by phone . Hire more staff if you cant handle calls!!! Im pissed! Forgive the pun!!!

Called with a stat report due to a painful medical issue to try to get an appointment. The woman on the phone could not care less, showed no compassion from the issue, did not offer any other resources, and you could tell she did not want to be there. I'll never try to go here again, go anywhere else where they actually care about your person rather than your wallet! We as Americans deserve better from our healthcare system. Cant even see a urologist until 2 months out even with an immediate issue. Wouldnt even consider talking to their doctors even though the report requested first available appt. Awful
