what a wonderful experience this was. number one thing I learned is you want a company that wont go belly up after installing your solar panels. this company has a reputation and will continue to prosper for years to come. the speed at which the panels got installed by their crew was incredible. also the all black look of the panels they use compared to some others youll see on peoples homes just look sharp! 5 star rating. do yoursef a favor and take advantage of the tax credit incentive and use this company for your solar needs

An absolute seamless process from start to finish which means a lot not knowing anything about solar. Bob and his A Team were wonderful to work with. They are profession, respectful, very informative to any of our questions and and all around nice group of guys.

Really great experience with Bright Eye - from sales to install to support - the team really was great. The only (slight) bit of sugestions for improvement would be that the SREC 'paperwork' after the process is confusing - i'm still not sure if I've got it right or not - so perhaps a brochure that walks folks through it step by step might be a nice to have. But now i'm nitpicking. Great job guys!

Determined they are not a good fit after reading a sample contract. Read the contract before signing! Brighteyes contract offers a 10 year workmanship warranty with exclusions limiting labor to 5 years on Enphase microinverters. After this the customer is responsible for labor costs. When asked, the salesman told me after 5 years it gets tricky on the covered labor. Words a potential client NEVER wants to hear. The inverters are a very important component of the system. Every other company I quoted with offered at least a 20 or 25 year blanket warranty on their system. Brighteyes response was ALL these other solar companies will go out of business due to their warranty and Brighteye knows whats best. Well Brighteyes warranty is best for Brighteye not for the customer. Read before signing. There are companies who offer 25 year warranties backed by an insurance company that cover you if they go out of business. For a local company-price quoted was good. Took playing the commonly used sales games to get their best price. Whats important is whats in the contract. Should you have a problem-that is what will save you. Not verbal assurances. Some of the responses I got were (Dont get wrapped up on third party warranties) (We will be here to resolve concerns, not the company with superior warranty) One star is for the attitude sales developed after I started asking the important questions. As in all sales-the attitudes are great until you sign or until you challenge something they are selling. All in all-I was about to sign until I read the contract. Between the lacking warranty and nasty context developed by sales when the important questions started I would avoid signing with them.

Bright Eye just finished our 7kW setup. I couldn't be happier with the expediency, professionalism and end result. They reviewed what they were doing with us, the ran very clean lines both in the house and on the roof. It was turn-key, they handled all interaction with the township, the electric company and with the SREC broker. Best part: They finished 50 days early and with no cost increases!! Update after 8 months: the system is running great, everything worked out with the SREC broker, I can monitor my production with the app and Im trending to produce as much power as they estimated.
