        This property with new ownership since September, has converted from a "retirement community" to a 55+ plus rental complex. I would caution anyone interested in living here that groundskeeping has suffered a setback since it is covered in leaves and looks nothing like the marketing photos! A drive through the streets reveal a picture of leaves clogging patios, decks and laying like a ground cover over areas of the green space. This is unfortunate as it is causing a safety issue for residents.

        My parents live here and love it but be aware the residents found out today that as of 9/1 there is new ownership and they are taking away the meals and the transportation which is awfulseniors should be taken care of and now this is happeningnow theyre worried of what is yet to cometheyre on fixed incomes here!!!

      Hello Constance. Thank you for your feedback. We are actually taking care of the leaves this week. You will see Rich out and about raking up and disposing of all the leaves. The landscaping company we have hired were unable to fit a fall clean up in their schedule since we purchased the property only recently. Moving forward, our contracted landscaper will be performing a fall and spring clean up every year. Thank you!
