Popped in on 2/22/24 at after 6pm for a quick bite and was super impressed Crew was on task and very nice. My burger was excellently seasoned and delish dining room/bathrooms were nice and clean. Good job ya'll!

An appalling ignorance of food safety was evident everywhere I looked. As we were waiting for our order we saw the woman who was prepping lettuce sneeze loudly into her gloved hands and then go right back to handling the lettuce. As I was leaving the same woman ran outside to chat with someone in their car.and leaned on the cat with her gloved hands. Other kitchen staff were using their hands to keep their dreadlocks out of their faces.
To be clear, this establishment does not have an employee problem, it has a management problem. And it is a Big problem.
I spent 28 years in food manufacturing and I would have been fired on the spot if my employees demonstrated such ignorance and or disregard for food safety.
