        When we discovered our water heater stopped working, we called Ranck to schedule an appointment to have the water heater repaired or replaced. Within less than an hour, a service tech arrived and diagnosed the problem. A replacement was scheduled for installation the next morning. The installer(s) arrived an hour early and within a short time, the water heater was installed and operational. Mike A. was great! Can't say enough about Ranck's exceptional customer service and their employees. All of those we had contact with were friendly, accommodating and wanting the customer to be satisfied. No question was left unanswered. They have a lifetime customer here. The cost of the replacement water heater and installation was reasonable and provided up front. There were no surprises and no up sale pressure that some other companies force on their prospective customers.
