We hired Joe to install a new shower, remove and replace existing tub, toilets, sinks, faucets and change water lines over to pex. He is very knowledgeable and all the work was done perfectly. Then we hired him to change a faulty well tank, replace existing water softener system and update filtration system. Again all work was done on time and perfectly. We have used many different plumbers over the years but we will only use Joe from now on. You can trust him to provide excellent service with extremely reasonable pricing. I met Joe when he was fixing the well pump at the company I work for. When my water filter housing blew in my basement I didn't know who else to call. My system only had one shut off and was very poorly done from years of previous owners. Joe had it fixed the next day and found my pressure regulation tank was shot as well. He took the opportunity to talk to me about redoing the design to make it WAY more intuitive and have ease of use and shut off with bypasses so if anything happens in the future my wife or anyone else can handle the issue until he can get there. He did all of the above while communicating with my clearly and got it done shockingly fast and with stellar quality and skill. Since that first visit he has installed an entire soft water system at my mothers, replaced my water heater when it blew, move pipes and drains to reinstall my kitchen sink during a renovation and fixed my mothers 35 year old sink when the pipes dissolved. The question is not if you should use his service. The question is what will you do if he's not available. Anyone in need of a good,honest, reliable and reasonable plumber I would recommend Joe! We used him 2 yrs ago. Our hot water heater went out this morning! Joe actually was able to get the job done that afternoon! You forget how awesome it is to have hot water!! Thanks Joe! Great job!
