Do not use this company. They said they billed my insurance twice now but my insurance company never got the claims. Now they are trying to send me to collections for my CPAP machine. My doctor even commented that she didnt like this company and suggested I change as soon as I can after the first year.

Terrible service. Incredibly long wait on phone no matter when you call.Order not processed. Was simply for a walker. Already had insurance clearance. Staff never seemed clear on whether it was processed, always checking with multiple other people. Order misplaced twice. Went on for weeks.Just horrible! I don't know how else to say itDo not return calls after they say they will. Do not set-up delivery as promised. My orthopedic doctor office mentioned that multiple patients have complained about Youngs recently. This is after they had to refax order that was misplaced. First time customer. Absolutely will never use again. The worst!

I was set up with a CPAP machine from Young's Medical Equipment over three years ago. At the time, I was told that they could set me up on a payment plan for the machine, instead of having to pay for it all at once. Over the past 3+ years, I have purchased all replacement parts necessary to keep it operating properly.After getting a new credit card, I was contacted by Young's to get an updated payment information. At that time, I asked how much more I owed on the machine, since I had been paying $106.00 per month for over 3 years. It was then that the nice lady informed me that it was not a payment plan, but that I was renting it.I had no idea how much a CPAP was worth, so I looked them up. You can get a good one for under $1,000.00, brand new. I have paid them over $3,000.00. And on top of that, when I tried looking up the machine I have, I found out that it has been recalled.The nice lady I was speaking to agreed that I should not have to pay anymore for the machine, and she would look into converting it into a purchase. She got back to me the next day, and informed me that they were not willing to do that, and that I could mail it back to them. I explained to her that I was not going to pay anything more to them, that they could come pick it up. She said that she would let the local branch know.I have since received several calls about this, and have had to go through the same conversation each time. Now today, they said that they will send me a box and mailing label to send it back. Some companies just don't know how to treat their customers. I wish I would have seen their reviews before I did business with them.

DO NOT USE!!! I am writing this review on May 13, 2021. I got a CPAP machine from Young's at Granit Run Drive in Lancaster in August, 2020. At the time I was told that I'd be receiving regular supplies, which has never happened. Several months ago, my CPAP started acting-up - the airflow was almost non-existent. I took it apart, and it SEEMED like the problem MAY have been the filter? I put it back together, and it SEEMED normal. HOWEVER, I was not able to figure out how to properly insert a new filter. SO... I called the number - I started with the BILLING Department. (WHY???) THEN I was transferred to Customer [NO] Service. I explained my issue. I was told they'd charge my like $70.00 to help. I asked if I couldn't just bring my CPAP in to have it looked at and have them show me how to install the new filter. The answer was... "NO!" I don't understand? 100% WORTHLESS and INEPT! And, for what it's worth[less] - neither the man in billing or female in Customer [NO] Service sounded like English is their native language? I'm not sure I was even talking to anyone in America! Young's is a DEFINITE DO NOT USE!!!

Don't even waste your time going here. Once we inconvenienced the massive woman eating by having her come unlock the door and she immediately couldn't help us. Although the company sent us there telling us they had the part we needed.
