They will lie. And lie. And lie for as long as they possibly can do delay any chance of you seeing money refunded to you. I overpaid a bill in May 2020. I finally got my account credited in September 2020, and now it is almost December with no money in my hand. Excuses have ranged from "Our employees working remotely don't have phones, so there's no way to contact them to check your account" to "I don't know why you haven't gotten it yet." I'm still waiting for a call back from a patient advocate to further escalate this, but please be aware that this company is very likely withholding refunds as a regular practice. I don't know why they are withholding these funds, or where the money is or what it is being used for, but I really hope they get investigated soon. I assume there is foul play going on, because I can't think of a logical reason they would willingly and knowingly hang on to money that doesn't belong to them. My advice: If you receive a bill from this office and owe them money, call once a week for six months to confirm the amount before paying. Jerk them around and waste their time the way they've wasted mine. I will likely never see my $150 again, but I'm going to keep calling once a week to waste their time, and get a patient advocate involved. What they are doing is not ok, and I hope they get caught.

Although a rep has returned my calls, my husbands request for financial assistance has sent us on a wild goose chase!!! I will file a complaint with the BBB today if i do not get this matter resolved!!!!

They applied adjustments incorrectly to my son's account, and billed me. I am currently sitting on hold listening to this terrible music, waiting for someone to actually help me. If you're going to work with insurance companies it'd be wise to learn how to pronounce the names of them.
