Veranda by Charter Homes & Neighborhoods

This is a great place to live. New construction has ended, but there are sometimes resales you can get if you are quick. Great neighborhood for kids (the main reason we moved here). There is a playground, walking paths, a pond with fish and a fountain, and some well kept common areas where the neighborhood hosts events for residents. One thing unique about Veranda is that the homes sit right up along the street with practically no front yard and all homes have front porches. I like not having to mow a front yard, and having the porch near the sidewalk means you can easily greet your neighbors as they walk by.
