I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE FOR OVER 30 YEARS! SINCE THEY MOVED TO THEIR NEW OFFICE, I WAIT FOREVER ON THE PHONE TO GET THRU, AFTER FINALLY GETTING THRU, I WAS TO SCHEDULING WAS DOWN "CALL BACK TOMORROW OR YOU CAN GO TO URGENT CARE". THEN WHY DO I HAVE A PCP. SO I CALLED BACK TODAY ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY CAN GET ME IN TOMORROW WITH A NURSE PRACTITIONER. REALLY, OYSTER POINT. YOU'RE GETTING TOO BIG FOR YOUR BRITCHES! WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT CARE WE USE TO GET YEARS AGO. BELIEVE ME WE AND IN I GET TO SEE MY REGULAR DOCTOR THAT KNOWS ME AND MY HEALTH I WILL BE LETTING HER KNOW HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM WITH THIS PRACTICE.

I've gone to Oyster Point practically my entire life and usually saw Dr. Fuchs who was a great doctor. Now, ever since he's left this place has gone down hill. It has lost its "hometown feel". When you call in you get redirected every which way and when you finally reach the prompt you want you're waiting at least 5 minutes before someone answers. i really feel like this establishment has sold itself out to big corporations.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR FAMILIES HEALTH. I CAME IN ASKING FOR A GLUCOSE TEST FOR POSSIBLE DIABETES. WAS CHARGED 700.00 DOLLARS FOR TESTS I NEVER CONSENTED TO OR WAS EVEN TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY TO BE LIED TO. WAS TOLD BY BILLING DEPT THEY WOULD DO A CODE REVIEW AND WOULD BE CALLED BACK - ANOTHER LIE. FINALLY AFTER 4 WEEKS OF CALLING THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THEY HAD A PRACTICE MANAGER NAMED BRIAN BOYD. I NOTIFIED HIM OF EVERYTHING AND PROMISED AND ASSURED ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK THAT SAME DAY. I ALSO NOTIFIED HIM THAT I HAD THE HIGHEST BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD PLAN AVAILABLE THAT COVERS EVERYTHING AND THAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THE OFFICE ENTERED INCORRECT BILLING CODES. AGAIN OYSTER POINT SHOWED IT WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT DO WHAT IT PROMISES WHICH IS SIMPLY TO "CARE". NO CALL FROM PRACTICE MANAGER BOYD AND I STILL HAVE A BILL FOR 700 DOLLARS. DO NOT GO HERE OR THEY WILL FRAUDULENTLY BILL YOU FOR ANYTHING THEY CAN. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. THANKS FOR BREAKING THAT TRUST OYSTER POINT - DANIELLE

DO NOT GO HERE. My dad is a law enforcement officer who went here for bloodwork. He has the highest insurance available due to his position. Oyster point never notified my father of these tests not being covered or the costs for these tests . My dad went in to the dr and didnt feel well, and left with an 800 dollar bill because of their "coding" for billing. They charged my father over $800 in lab draws and his insurance wouldn't cover it. Multiple calls to Oyster point which receptionists just play games of transferring you back and forth to numbers or voicemails. They sure do answer the phone quick when your scheduling and they get a chance to take your money. As soon as you need real assistance they refuse to help and hang you out to dry. Your better off going to a vet for your healthcare, they care more and you'll get better treatment. This practice is a dump.

Good place. But research whom you r seeing. I won't name that doctor but we saw her a few years ago when my 12 year old daughter had a severe concussion. The 2lb disk fell on her head while she threw it into the sky practicing catching it. The sun blinded her momentarily and the disk landed on the front of her head. The "doctor" we saw was very short on empathy and compassion and some basic knowledge about what to do after concussion and sent her to school the next day. Of course she could not survive even one hour at school with nurse calling me and telling me to pick her up. The loud noise, the bright light gave her a severe headache. Fast forward 1 month and many headaches later she finally made it to a half day at school. Thankfully it was May and going towards the end of the year. We of course found another Doctor who did a concussion evaluation and created a plan for her recovery. As far as that "Doctor", she still works there, but I have never been back to see her. She might have a degree and education but there are big lapses in her judgement. She also should have had a clear understanding on what to do about concussion. After substantial research I knew how shallow or even 'dangerous' her treatment or no treatment was. Please, find out as much about your condition before seeing the doctor, trust your intuition when something seems off.
