Regis Salon

On February 4, 2023 I went to Smartstyles beauty salon at Walmart in Carlisle.  My appointment was for 2 pm.  When I got there she said they had me down for a shampoo. She then said she would work me in. It wasn't my fault that someone wrote the wrong info in the appointment book. She put in my perm and let me sit there for 20 or 25 minutes.  She never did come in to check how the perm was doing. She had no time to style my hair, she just blew it partially dry because her other client was there. On Sunday, I left for a trip for the week. My hair was really frizzy and there's nothing I could do.  I did not wash my hair for five days. Once I washed my hair, I let it air dry. it was so frizzy and it was breaking off .I did not call her yet because I was supposed to make an appointment for a coloring in two weeks .When I when I finally got home I called her and made an appointment for February 21 at 10 o'clock. When I got there I told her that a beautician that I had gone to while I was away, it ask about my hair said my hair was overprocessed. She would not do anything with my hair ...she said I should go back to my own beautician to see what she would be doing with my hair.  I told Tina which is my hairdresser and she said somebody put a lot of heat on my hair.  I did not have any heat put on my head at all in fact is I never use a curling iron.  The only thing I did was I used large rollers but my hair was still brittle, frizzy and breaking off.  Tina was going to charge me for a cut and conditioner.  She mixed the coloring and I said are you going to charge me to have my hair cut.  She said yes, it wasn't her fault my hair is over processed.  She than said she would  not color my hair.  Told me to go to wash sink and she washed the hair coloring out of my hair and put me under dryer.  My hair is unbelievable.  Does anyone know how to get phone number for the Regis company?  Please think twice before going to one of these salons.

Amazing! I first came in because my normal salon was all booked up and I needed color last minute for a wedding. Thank god I did! Joe was able to mix up exactly what I wanted after I had been struggling to find the perfect red for about a year. Ive been seeing him exclusively for 2 years now and every single time it looks exactly how I want 10/10 would recommend!!!
