I would not use frank at all I'm currently in the process of fighting to get money for the 6 hours I worked for him all he does is avoid my calls /texts n to find out he's now saying the home owner canceled the Check lol this guy is a unprofessional dirt bag n does not deserve the opportunity to work on anyone's house /business I plan on going to have a chat with the homeowner on Monday to see about getting paid but as far as frank goes he's a liar n a cheat don't trust him

Do not work with this guy. He is a perpetual liar and is looking for something for nothing all the time. I wouldn't trust any of his work. He can't even conduct himself in a professional manner without using rude and harsh language. He decided to post a review about my current employer and boss to which everything he said was a LIE because he was dealing with me NOT him! Heck he tried to state he has known my boss for over 30 years and he hasn't even lived in Lancaster County for 30 years hahahaha. Avoid using Frank simply because he is a very unprofessional man and his work reflects it.
