Caring and welcoming staff and both doctors have a great sense of humor which makes the visits enjoyable. Dr. Bushing is knowledgeable about concussions, and my sons symptoms improved during the week of intensive therapy.

Dr.Stephen is a magician! The most kind and wonderful person! As soon as I left I could move my neck again and not walk like a zombie! I recommend this place with my whole heart!

After a few months of not seeing results with a local physical therapy place as a result of an on the job injury Dr. Stephen Hazlett with Lancaster Brain and Spine was recommended to me by my Workers Comp doctor. Going into the first appointment I was a little apprehensive and had the overall feeling I was wasting my time due to my past experience with the aforementioned PT business. I could not have been more wrong. Lancaster Brain and Spine is great! They are super friendly, welcoming, know what they are doing and operate a very clean environment. While back injuries are not fixed overnight and generally take a gradual healing process I have been very pleased with the care they have provided and highly recommend their practice.

Are you scared to go to the chiropractor? Does the idea of having things snap, crackle and pop concern you? Is a kind, calming bedside manner something you value? If I just described you, then Lancaster Brain and Spine is for you. I wound up there, recommended by a workers comp doctor. My first thought was that I was being sent to a cut rate "cookie cutter" chiropractor with a catchy name. I could not have been more wrong. Instead I met caring, considerate and extremely knowledgeable chiropractors and an experienced staff of people who genuinely care about their patients. These chiropractors work with your body to manipulate your joints. They don't force anything. They are not aggressive in their approach, but they do not string you along through endless appointments either. They know that to manipulate the body, they must ask, not tell. They truly understand the dynamics of body motion and the physiology of joint manipulation. They offer many kinds of therapies alongside their chiropractic care, all of which I have found extremely helpful. I appreciated that as an EMT, I understand more complex terms regarding anatomy and physiology. The doctors picked up on this, and they communicate with me at the level of my knowledge. When I don't understand, they were very good at putting their explanations into terms I could relate to. I felt like they valued my intelligence, and never seemed to have an attitude of superiority. They treat you like a friend, and a patient. Recently, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident which left me in need of chiropractic care once again. I didn't hesitate. I immediately went back to my friends at Lancaster Brain and Spine and am once again receiving excellent care. If you really want to round out a gentle yet effective chiropractic experience, book a massage with Danielle Sharp, who provides massage therapy at their location. She does an excellent job. If you are looking for a great chiropractic experience, I seriously recommend you talk to these kind and capable folks.

Dr. Bushong is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and straight to the point about everything. He was able to figure out my problems within a quick neuro exam, and he gave me really good advice. The entire staff is very polite as well.
