Surfs Up Detail

Does not want to respond to any phone calls. Tried to get a quote with no response

I had my car detailed with Surf's Up last summer. It was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. These guys did an AMAZING job! It looked like an entirely new car both inside and out. I have decided to make this a regular procedure with Surf's Up and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for great auto cleaning for any reason.

Very happy with the services I received. They not only came to my home and used their own supplies of electricity and water, but finally my car looked awesome and the cost was not even close to excruciating.

I bought a Living Social for Surf's Up (now Extreme Detail) in September, scheduled the detail for October. No call, no show. Tried to schedule for later in the month. No return call. Left messages. No response. Then the office was "closed," but might open in November if the weather was nice. Continued to leave messages. No response. Finally reported them to Living Social, and the owner, Alex, called and begged me for another chance, even offered $100 credit in addition to the redemption of my Living Social. Promised I would be the first customer when they re-opened in March. March came. No call. I started calling again. No response. Called in April, May, June. Called Living Social again. New owner, Jason calls me back. We schedule for August 15, 9 a.m. No call, no show. Started calling every 1/2 hour at 9:30. No answer. No return call. Glad I stayed home this morning (again) to not even get the respect of a return call. Don't bother using them -- they won't show up!

My appointment was 11am got a call from Alex that his worker was invlved in an accident on wat to my residence. He informed me not to worry that he would be coming instead, arrived at 10:45.The car is a 2008 Volks Eos (wife's) getting a full detail when it was finished(about 3hrs) the car looked fantastic wife was happy. Looking forward to letting Alex do my car next. A professional that knows how to get car sharp.
