        Keith and his entire team at Dutch Quality were fantastic in finishing our basement. So much so, that we plan to use them again for an upcoming remodel. Everyone was very professional, on time every morning, kept my wife and I in the know on each step of the process, and overall did great work. I cant recommend them enough! Service: Remodeling

        Dutch Quality performed extensive remodeling, including installation of a very expensive cedar roof. Dutch Quality's use of improper roofing nails caused the shingles to fall off after less than 15 years. Properly installed cedar roofing typically lasts at least 50 years. Had to replace at significant additional expense.

        Horrible customer service from this company. I had a project completed last summer for a patio installation. Took weeks to hear back about simple questions, I would have to call and email multiple times to get a response. When employees would plan to come to work, they were very inconsistent with the times they came and sometimes showed up with no notice or wouldn't show at all when they originally planned to. However, once my deposit was due they were quick to harass me about "prompt payment." How about providing prompt service. Additionally, once the project was actually complete, which took weeks, I did not receive any further correspondence or bill (this project was completed around july). Then of course right around Christmas time they send me a bill and call me almost twice a week harassing me about payment. They provide extremely poor customer service and follow through for their customers but will harass you once they want their payments. Not worth your time or money.

While I was not involved with your project when it was completed I did take the time to review the roofing work performed on your home. First, I would like to thank you and Kathleen for inviting us to work on multiple different projects at your home between 1999 and 2003. Regarding the roofing, the gentleman who installed the roof was a specialty contractor with over 25 years of experience installing cedar shingles. It does appear from the information we have on record that all of the best installation practices were followed. In the nearly twenty years since the roof was installed we have not received any complaints from you about the roof or any requests for warranty or repair work.Dutch Quality has been in business for 42 years and in that time we have completed over 1,500 projects in Lancaster County. As a company, we strive to give our customers the best service and finished product possible and we do not shy away from addressing any concerns when warranted.On behalf of the company, I wish you and your family all the best.
