As a military bride I have very limited time to visit home, however this Alfred Angelo made it seem like all the time in the world. I walked in after my mom found a dress online, and they immediately made room for me and let me try all the dresses I wanted. With the consultant's help I was able to decide on a dress by the third one i tried. When I returned to have it fitted, it's all embroidered lace and mermaid cut, they were able to turn it around in less than 48 hours! They initially told me it would be a two week process but worked with me due to the situation. Truly amazing customer service here, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for formal wear! I cannot thank you wonderful ladies enough!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The sales women were not helpful and the manager Jen cared even less about customer service. I got a bridesmaids dress and the sales woman ordered the wrong size (we agreed on one larger). Conveniently she no longer worked at the company when I called to complain. But because her order form said the wrong size, the manager offered no help in rectifying the situation. So i now have to have more alterations done than I originally planned, costing at least an extra $100. I would NEVER recommend the service. This store does not care about their customers.

Got my wedding dress here and I was definitely one of the pickier brides that knew exactly what I was looking for, assuming most places wouldn't have it, but Alfred Angelo did. Jenn was awesome and made the experience great. Also got my bridesmaids dresses here.

I was in this location earlier this week and was assisted by Jenn and Lorie. I came in for advice and to bounce around ideas, they both gave me great feedback and were incredibly kind. Even though I wasn't going to be a purchasing client, they still gave me their undivided attention and expertise. Thank you both! Great, great customer service!
