Sears Appliance Repair

Waited 2 weeks before the man came and then he ordered a part. 2 more weeks went by. The repairman arrival time was between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on the 16th. At around 2:00 pm we were called and said he wasn't coming today. Got to wait another week or so for the next appointment. Would not say why he wasn't coming even as Sears website said he was still on track for the 16th. It is impossible to call them and actually talk to a person. This will be the first year out of 20 yrs we will not renew our contract with them. Service: Dishwasher repair

Vincent from A & E Repair was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the refrigerator problem that the prior service tech did not (different service company). Highly satisfied with the service call. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Horrible, horrible service! First appointment took washer/dryer combo apart (left all pieces that way), ordered parts. Parts came second appointment scheduled two weeks after original and no one came! I was within 5 feet of the door - they kept pushing it back and final got a notice it had. even rescheduled because no one was there. at the rescheduled appointment again kept postponing it - finally again a no show, and rescheduled. Third time surely they would show up, NO continued to push time back and finally sent new appointment with no excuse! Dragging laundry to laundromat for 4+ weeks not what I was promised when I bought extended warranty! There is no way to communicate with them. Only automated phone options and if you do reach a human they are overseas and worse than no help! In the midst of all this they have the gaul to try to get me to renew the policy! Hate their "service". Total rip off.
