        I have ordered take out from here for the last 2 years. E V E R Y S I N G L E T I M E its perfect! Had a 12" cheese steak it came piping hot and perfect, wife had the Italian hoogie stuffed to the brim everything fresh. Highly recommend definitely the best from 10 miles to Allentown and Reading

        We got 2 pizzas and an Italian hoagie. Everything tasted average, nothing spectacular, which was disappointing considering how expensive it is. Probably the most expensive pizza we've ever had, and it's thin pizza. $4 for minimal broccoli. The crust is also very stiff. Overall, it's just okay.

        My fianc and I, once frequent and enthusiastic patrons of Camillo's, are disheartened to say that our loyalty has been shattered due to the unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior of one of their delivery drivers, followed by an equally disappointing response from the manager. What we anticipated to be a simple resolution to a delivery issue escalated into a situation that left us both upset and bewildered, with the manager's dismissive attitude only exacerbating our frustration. Its unfortunate but Ill no longer be supporting the business. Edit since misinformation is trying to be spread in the response from the manager; As anyone knows GBVS Building 30s apartments connect to the outdoors. Theres no inside part at all. The driver was asked to place the food outside the door. And when asked that she literally responded I dont care about Covid just come to my car. But now the story changes? This manager and Camillos overall is just dishonest.

      Lanae, I’m not sure exactly what else you are asking of us. This is now the 4th attempt on your part to explain the order from yesterday and went over it in details with your fiancé in which you placed an order but were sick with covid and was wanting ordered to be delivered to a dorm. I explained we are not permitted to enter dorms/apts by the university provisions and when driver got there she texted you to let you know order will be placed outside the main door for you or whomever in your apt to grab for you. Pretty standard practice even with Uber Eats and Door Dash. Then and only after your fiancé called in, the next thing you want to complain about since we didn’t physically walk it inside your bedroom, was that the bag tipped over….and the best part of all this is not you, but your fiancé requests for the GRATUITY(tip) for a service we did for YOU, to be removed…which again we did exactly what was asked of you. I even told him to tell you to please feel better but yet, we merited this review because?? Free meal? You also say you frequent our restaurant and now you didn’t get a good reply or solution which i still don’t know what you want, you won’t be patronizing us? I wasn’t being dismissive, i was trying to listen and help answer policies in which we also have to follow by KU guidelines. You just wanted the PREGNANT may I add driver to enter an apt in which you were sick. And risk her and her baby. If you like to further discuss feel free to send me a private message.
