County Waste of Virginia & Pennsylvania-Stroudsburg

Just awful service bordering on criminal. They sure do take your money and then never follow through with the service I asked for my money back today and I was given the runaround I asked to speak to a boss I was given the runaround. I signed up 7 weeks ago at that time I was told it would take 2 weeks for the can to be delivered on the second week I called and asked for a status I was then told it would take 6 weeks to have the can delivered this week is week 7. The second week I offered to go pick up the can and was told no. I think that about says it all lousy sorry excuse for a professional company Service: Trash removal & disposal

I don't want to leave a bad review for anyone, but this company's service is just plain HORRIBLE. When you call them it's a 20 min wait to speak to someone, and they won't help you at all. They have repeatedly missed my pickup. They tell me to hold it till next week. I live in a development and all other cans are dumped except mine. And there is nothing I can do because my borough signed a contract with them. Service: House & garage cleanouts

Moved into a new house...issues for weeks ever since. They don't mind taking my money but my house hasn't been serviced in over a month...and nobody will give me any answers. Horrible customer service.worst experience I've ever had with any business in my life.
