        Staff and administrators are very responsive. My dad was referred for in-home help by the Veterans Administration and we had his help set-up in a short amount of time. Our care coordinator found us a Personal Care Assistant who is a good match for my dads personality and we were surprised that he was so willing to accept this outside helper. Communication on all levels with me has been excellent.
