Awful customer service and overpriced! I called from out of state for a simple delivery..they made so many mistakes! The girl,who I believe was the daughter of the owner,wrote down the wrong house number and told me they would be delivered in the morning....they were not delivered until after 5pm,and I called the recipient and ruined the surprise asking if they received the flowers yet! Also,the arrangement was cute,but so tiny and not worth the price! Will never use them again!

I've been using Floristry By Carmen Bolin, for at least 20 years and have ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY with their floral arrangements, value, and especially their service. I used to live in Northeastern PA, but I now live in Northern California, and whenever I need flowers delivered to family or friends back in PA, I call Floristry By Carmen Bolin, DIRECTLY! They've always gone above and beyond my expectations - especially when I've needed flowers delivered at the very last minute. Their staff is friendly, helpful, & very accommodating whenever I've called to place an order. For the last 20+ years, Floristry By Carmen Bolin, has always been there when I needed them..... ready and eager to meet all of my floral needs. I highly recommend them and I look forward to using their floral services again, in the future.
