    Awful experience. We paid $700 on a Dyson Cordless Vacuum. I had to return it in order to get a replacement sent. It has now been months Dyson has my money & my vacuum. It stopped working properly after a few months. I reached out to them & have been waiting months for a replacement. I have had to spend countless hours on phone via email & even chat trying to get this resolved. Every single associate apologizes and says that Dyson stands by their products and has amazing service, and wants to help us fix it. Ive been told three times that they would expedite the new unit & Here I am another month has gone by and Im having to contact them again. Unless you have disposable income that you just wanna throw away Not purchasing a Dyson. Any type of Dyson. The service is horrific, Beyond frustrating, unresponsive And just an overall disappointing experience. If I could give them negative stars, I would absolutely do that. I do not recommend Dyson nor would I recommend it to my family or friends.

    Ive been a Dyson customer for the past 20 years and recently had trouble with my vacuum that was still under warranty. Kyle, the tech guru, was extremely customer friendly and helpful. He fixed my machine lickety split and I was on my way in 20 min. Five stars for Kyle and Dyson!

    I came in on Saturday for a broken part on my Dyson. After days of frustrating calls with customer service I did not have high hopes for the service. Staff were extremely busy but they helped solved the problem in under an hour. Grateful for the service and staff's work.

    Kyle was extremely helpful today @ KOP! My vacuum died a week ago, so I seriously needed a new one to handle a house full of pets! Kyle was patient, knowledgeable and friendly! Kyle explained that I have a two year warranty and to bring it back to him, if I should have any issues. It was a pleasure doing business with him. If you need a new vacuum, go to KOP and ask for Kyle! Thanks Kyle for your help today!

    Visited the KOP service center for issues I was having with my cordless vacuum. Check in was a simple process on my phone. There were a few people ahead of me, but the wait wasnt long at all. When it was my turn, I explained the issue I was having and they took my vacuum back to diagnose the problem. It was no longer under warranty and they told me it would be about $150 to repair. I gave my approval and left. There were only 2 employees in the store and they were doing a great job helping everyone. I returned to the store today to pick up my vacuum and had the same great experience. The same two employees were there and were super helpful and very pleasant. I appreciate great service and these two employees have helped to retain me as a Dyson customer.
