Michael Falcone Heating & Cooling

I had two experiences with Michael. The first time when he went out of his way over the phone to help me choose a thermostat for my mini split system, even though I wasn't a customer of his yet. I was so impressed, that when I needed a repair a few months later, I immediately called him. This is where things got weird. He gave me a quote and a repair date, I agreed to both, then he stopped returning my phone calls. The appointment date came and went. A few weeks later he calls says he is coming that week, so I quickly get somebody to go meet him in my absence. He shows up that day and damages his truck on a tree while parking it. Then, he calls me, angry about his truck, says he's leaving and the job isn't worth it. Never heard from him again. Huge waste of time and added frustration. I think he's probably a good guy generally, but this was an incredibly unprofessional way of handling his anger.

We called mike for a system replacement, I went with 1 of his recommendations and could not be happier with my new american standard heatpump. Price was better than the big guys and the quality is great AAA++++ guy and company to deal with

I highly recommend calling Mike, he is a guy that has a lot of options for any situation but more importantly he has the knowledge and the expertise to be able to execute what he proposes. thanks again for everything you do for me and my family.
