Bath & Body Works

My boyfriend and I were here yesterday. We went to the store located by the Macys. Its located in the court. The associates were helpful and friendly without being pushy. There was a really fun lady working there who helped us - she had straight black hair in a bob, maybe early 40s, African American. She had a great energy about her. We had a few laughs, as Im a big big fan of the emails and sales you send me. Just wanted to share my positive experience at this location at the Court. We usually go to the BBW & White Barn on the upper level, but we like the less chaotic store at the court. Great sales and we snagged a 3-wick candle on the last day of the sale (along with great mens products for the bf and a Meet Me In Miami set for me!)

Our first visit to this store in KOP wasn't the smoothest. The guy at the counter seemed incredibly stoned, attempting to build a soap tower and hilariously dropping it. Despite my tolerance for people smoking weed, it felt a bit too much for a work setting. They had Christmas discounts on foam soaps and wallflowers, like 5 for $27. I grabbed a mix of items, but at the counter, I sensed the total was off. The cashier assured me she applied all the deals, but checking the receipt outside, I discovered the wallflower discount was missing. Returning, chaos ensued the cashier was clueless about applying discounts, another staff member refused to help, and the stoned guy feigned assistance. It took a good 15 minutes for someone competent to step in and fix things. Eventually got my discount, but the whole experience felt like a scene from a poorly scripted comedy.
