Back To Health Chiropractic: Wilkins John DC

This is not a review of the doctor because I never met with him. This is a review of my first visit. I had a 9:15am appointment. I arrived early and filled out my paperwork. I waited until about 9:40am. I understand that sometimes appointments run over. I walked out after waiting almost 30 minutes. The reason I walked out was because I watched two other patients come in well after me; they got bumped up next in line. They were both taken back to the doctor as he finished his current appointments... as I continued to wait. Maybe new patients take more time, and they were just trying to get the quick patients in before spending time with me. If that's the case, why would they schedule me at 9:15am with the non-new patients? It was very apparent to me that they considered my time to be less valuable than that of their existing patients. At the very least, some words along the lines of "sorry, we're running behind and then we're going to take these other patients first because your appointment will take more time" might have helped. It's still awful customer service, but a warning would have been nice.
