I called this company to get a price on heating oil and to schedule service. The first person I spoke to was nice, helpful, and professional. When I called back later in the day to schedule the actual heating oil delivery, I spoke to someone else who was clearly upset and didnt want to be on the phone call. She was simply rude and dismissive of my questions, and had a severely disrespectful tone and direction in her speaking. I simply thanked her for her time, and called another for service. (Mind you the other company was charging more for their product.) I understand people have tough days, but its no excuse to treat people poorly. I am someone who prides themself in being prompt, kind, and courteous to customer service workers. This interaction and treatment was completely unwarranted, and I hope this company addresses this.
