We had wanted to try this place for a couple of years and went on a Tuesday night for dinner. The bread was mealy and dry, the mozzarella in carrozza was great, the lobster ravioli was a small portion and overly sweet, the chicken Francese was huge portion and lacking in flavor (it was also served with rice when we asked for pasta). Everything was sort of dusty and outdated. Not very clean. Would not return.

We had to wait a long time (40 minutes) at a sticky table next to filthy windows for a pizza that was not worth waiting for. There was hardly any sauce and the cheese did not taste good at all. Never came back and am not planning to.

I have never been to this restaurant however I did buy a gift card for a coworker's birthday for her to use on her trip to the Poconos. She was unable to use it and being that we live several states away I contacted the owner for a refund. Mind you this was in June I was told several times that a refund was no problem and provided the information they asked for. I have yet to recieve a refund and I reach out to them by phone and email all the time. To me that is awful customer service and I will never ever go to this place. Thanks for stealing my money. I will be blasting this to every platform I possibly can I have been patient enough
