I haven't been there in awhile but they are my insurance company. I have my house and 3 cars insured under them.

I've been a customer for years .. Julie is wonderful.. Joe, not so much.. never even returned my multiple calls and never appears to even be at the office. I"ll stick with Wildoner, as Julie is the best there !

I contacted and met with Charlene to discuss business, renters and auto insurance. I received a followup email which thanked me and said I should hear back in the middle of the following week (3 business days later). After no response 17 days later, I gave her the courtesy of an email stating I was going to use another agency. Her reply was unbelievable - "Needless to say, your impatience is disappointing but noted , and I’m sorry that I wasted my time and energy as I’m sure that I will receive quotes which are now useless." Impatience?!? I waited 17 days with ZERO response whatsoever!! I even emailed her after 10 days -- no reply!
