Midgard Properties

I rented an apartment in Jenkintown from Jeff and Midgard Properties in August of 2019 til December of 2020. The owner Jeff and Kathleen, his property manager, were more than nice and helpful. They were willing to work with my credentials in order for me to get approved for their apartment. Any issue I had with my apartment during my stay was handled promptly and professionally. I can not speak highly enough of Jeff, the owner of Midgard Properties. When coronavirus caused my job to close and disrupt my income, Jeff was more than understanding and willing to work with me. Highly suggest renting/leasing from this company!

Avoid!!!!! If you have troubled credit that doesn't suit them, they will lie to you and then ignore you. The sad part is, we are talking about people who are supposed to be helping you find a place to live. Help find a place for your family to be safe. Instead they act like you have the plague or something after being nice and giving you hope. Avoid Kathleen Dougherty, worst service I've had from anyone in sales in my life.
