The school pictures have arrived later and later each year. This year they arrived the week before Christmas. My child's were not among them, and by Dec. 21st it was apparently too late to do anything about it, according to the rude and unsympathetic employee, who snorted at me when I told her that I had wanted to send the pictures out in Christmas cards and gifts. I didn't get the pictures until mid Jan. I was told to come get them or have them delivered to the school. They can't be bothered to mail them. They offered no apologies until the very last phone call I had with them and offered not even a partial refund for the inconvenience suffered. The prices are outrageous for the small number of pictures in the packages. They asked me if I wanted a free 8x10. No, I didn't need any more pictures than what I had already purchased. The rudeness of the woman on the phone was beyond the pale, all 4 or 5 times I spoke to her. She also tried to blame the school. It was ridiculous. I hope the school dumps this photography studio.
