So I went to get a simple oil change and the manager comes up to me as Im waiting for my car to be finished. He says we have a problem. Im thinking, well what did I do? He walks me out to the service garage and shows me my car, and says while doing your oil change, we accidentally bent your bumper. Now when I looked at it I was frustrated but not upset or angry. I knew they had to rectify there mistake. So shortly after that they ordered the new bumper, installed it and I thought that was the end of the story. They even put on the newer KIA badge for me, which I purchased myself. Probably 3 weeks after they fixed it, I noticed that the clamps near the headlights were coming up. I was told that this would be fixed, being as though they made the mistake anyway. Like new I believe the quote was from the manager. I have been waiting for approximately 2 weeks for a response. As of yet, I havent heard from anyone. I just want my car back to the way it was before my bumper was bent. Hopefully they see this and expedite the process of fixing my car. If they do, I will update this review. Hopefully Matt Blatt KIA stands by there word. Only time will tell.

Wanted to take a moment and compliment the service team at Matt Blatt Kia. They were able to get my 2019 Kia Sorento in for service quickly and performed the repair expertly. Shout out to Tim Cason and Alan Branson from the Service Team. Also like to compliment the technician Ed for his excellent work. Amazing team.
