Hamlin Family Health Center

I am a patient at this clinic for my primary care. Feeling very ill (feeling like Im drowning just trying to breath) Took all the strength I had to go in for an urgent visit at 1pm when they close at 3pm. Told I would not be seen because they close at 3. So I leave. In the parking lot I Call and leave a message for my doctors nurse to get the next business day. Over an hour later back home and in bed was called to see if I still wanted to be seen! Really?? Wayne memorial all together is a horrible medical facility but living in the country its the most convenient for non emergency room issues but still sick enough to need to be seen urgently. From this point forward I will be taking my healthcare needs elsewhere. Would put 0 stars if I could.

When I cannot get an appt. with my primary, my family and I use the walk-in service. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait but well worth it. The ladies in the office treat you like family and walk-in staff are thorough and informative. We never feel rushed and are checked on often to see if we need anything while we wait for a result for either testing or x-rays. All of the staff seem happy doing what they do. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Ebi is by far the best Doctor I have ever had. He is caring, listens to the patient and is always available when you need him. I would recommend him to anybody!

Sarcastic, unkind remarks from the lab tech is absolutely unnecessary. Clean it up; in other words, brush up on your communication skills, even if you are a substitute for the regular tech.
