        I loved my haircut. But you basically have to make an appointment. The whole point of "walk-ins welcome" is to be able to walk-in and get a cut. I've walked in and there is no one waiting and they told me they wouldn't have time for the rest of the day. I shouldn't have to make an appointment for a 5 minute hair cut. I don't want the salon experience.

        I get my hair cut at the Jamison location every few months. Would give 5 stars but they never offer me the hot towel after the cut as advertised and prices have crept incrementally higher over the past 2 years. Went from $20 for a cut and shampoo to over $30 for the cut and shampoo. Staff is great and many have been there for several years and they do get to know you.
