I called to have a new water heater installed and they came the next morning. Everyone was very professional, but also very friendly. Having repairmen in our home during a pandemic was frightening to us, but they followed every safety protocol to a tee. They went above and beyond to accommodate some extremely special needs for a medically fragile child who has autism and sensory processing disorder. They even told us before they had to make any loud noises. This was a HUGE deal! The men were very clean in their work, and did not leave a big mess behind. I also felt very safe having 2 men in the house doing work. They were efficient, reasonably priced, and upfront about any issues. They were patient and explained what they were doing, and even made sure I knew how to maintain the new tank. I could tell that they were being honest and not trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. This was hands-down the best experience I’ve had with any repair company for anything inside/outside our home. Service: Boiler installation
