Ponsi Shoes & Medical Supply

My husband got a horrible bacteria infection and had to surgically have the poison removed from his feet! Thankfully they were able to save most of his feet, however, he would need specially made shoes to walk! We went to Ponzis and have been with them for several years now! Always great courteous service from the men who do the measurements and fittings! I will never forget the first pair of shoes and watching my husband take his firsts steps. Thank you Ponzi for making that happen. He had to have some adjustments it’s a process but I highly recommend Ponzi Shoes!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The stair lift was originally purchased from Ponsi and I needed to change the lift to a left side mount. So I stopped in to buy a opposing side chair frame to convert my elderly fathers chair lift to fit his house. The lady came out from the back of the store and said they wouldn’t sell me the parts. HORRIBLE SERVICE buy anywhere else

I would not even give them any stars. My aunt purchased shoes for my uncle in Nov 2019. He never wore the shoes because he passed away. She has been buying shoes since 2011 for him at Ponsi. They would not let us return the shoes for a refund because we didn't have the original box. They would give us a store credit which we would not need since he passed away. You couldn't find a box at the store to resale them. If the grief she is dealing with isn't enough since losing someone you were with for 54 years, but now she has to deal with this issue.

I have been with Ponsi Shoes for over 35 years. I don’t mind waiting for my turn because I Always receive personal attention for a problem or a shoe fit until I am satisfied. I highly recommend Ponsi, especially if you have any foot or shoe issues. They are GRrreat!
