Andros Restaurant

LOVE this place! My family is Greek- therefore very particular about our Greek food, but I can say that this is true Greek food at it's finest! The avgolemono soup and gyro pizza are both amazing.

My wife and I have been to Andros a decent amount of times and it's always a wonderful experience. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly. Most of he times we've been there the owner has stopped by our table to make sure we enjoyed the meal. She is also very friendly and she has also given us good suggestions for our next visit. As far as appetizers we've tried the saganaki which is our favorite. It is cheese served on a skillet similar to fajitas and it is lit on fire at your table. It is absolutely incredible. We've also tried the calamari which is very good if you like calamari and the keftethes (meatballs) which are also excellent. For entrees my favorite so far was Athena's chicken, it is grilled chicken topped with spinach and feta. It is definitely one of the best chicken dishes I've had anywhere. The leg of lamb served on Saturdays is also top notch. Other entrees we've tried are the pastichio, Yanni's pork chop, and Pavlena's chicken. All of them were very good with Yanni's pork chop being one of the best pork chops I've ever eaten. The gyros are delicious. The Zues Burger is probably my favorite item on the menu. It's a 1/2lb lamb burger topped with gyro meat, feta, onions and served on two pitas. I always have a hard time trying something new because I always want the Zues burger, but every time I've tried something new I loved it. Their baklava is great and the baklava sunday is amazing. If you live or are ever in the Irwin area this place is a must try. It is quickly becoming my favorite place to eat.

Reasonable prices for great food! Loved the Artichoke and Feta Dip as well as the Lamb Burger! Would highly recommend Andros to anybody who likes Greek food!
