Terrible landlord. Ignores complaints of harassment and maintenance issues. Prefers drug users/deals as tenets. Falsifies government/assistance paperwork for personal monetary gain.

I loved my time renting with them! Anytime I had a problem they were quick to fix it. You never had to wait too long if something needed done. The rent is reasonable for everything that’s included. Overall I had a great experience!

Dennis was a phenomenal landlord. He was always very responsive when any issues arised. His leases were straightforward and never hid any fees or vital information from his tenants. I highly recommend renting from Dennis if you want an honest, super friendly landlord!
