I loved my apartment with university square, but the woman in the office, Debbie, is the rudest, most unprofessional landlord Ive ever rented from. I have now left the office twice in tears because of how disrespectful and inconsiderate she is. Their “security guards” also dont do their jobs and monitor the buildings like they are suppose to. My apartment was broken into at 3:30 in the morning one night. I will never rent from USQ again because of how unpleasant and unprofessional the ladies in the office are.
Sally can be very pleasant and understanding sometimes!

Do not rent from University Square. We didn't have hot water for weeks during the winter. They are are nice until you sign the lease. Charged us for damages that was at the apartment before we moved in. Why didn't they charge the people before us and fix it? I wouldn't waste my time or money with this company.

I would not recommend University Square at all. First off dealing with Deb in the office is awful. She is rude. Unprofessional and intimidates and threatens people. They will nickel and dime you out of your security deposits, charge you for things like apartment cleaning when you leave the apartment cleaner than when you moved in. Deb has even rented the apartment we had rented to someone and I had to scramble to find a new place. University Square ONLY cares about money. They don’t care about anything else. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT sign a lease go elsewhere... you will regret living in their apartments

(1156 grant street) The apartments are pretty nice. Rent is a little pricey, the electric bill is pretty ridiculous, especially in the winter (even though we tried not to use our heat much, if at all). It is pretty friendly. However there's been small glass shards in one of the stairs wells from a broken bottle thats not been cleaned... they also advertise for a laundry facility, but apparently it's "broken" and hasn't been open all year. I've seen cars stuck in the parking lot a few times because they'll try ti get away with not plowing (even though they'll plow the business parking lot right away). The walls aren't very thick...
There are better options than here.

For the past two years our daughter has dealt with Sally and her team. She has always been professional, kind and responsive to our needs. Even today she was there when I needed to speak with her about Gabby moving out next week. Thank you Sally and have a great summer!
