        You are quite a ride for me. I live in the West End of Pittsburgh. I have tried other eye doctors and they always tell me I have glaucoma and send me to a specialist who tells me I don't. Whenever they ask me who I used to go to they all know David Quinn. They know his reputation. They ask me why I am not going to him. I tell him it is just the drive distance. I have learned that there are not many great eye doctors around me. No offense to them, but maybe Dr. Quinn should teach. I recommended my son to Dr. Quinn. He is also very pleased with Dr. Quinn. He is thorough and explains everything. The Staff is always prompt and is sure to remind of appointments. They are friendly and I never have to wait. They also will explain things or let you know what everyone in the office uses or what product they are pleased with for their eyes. Truly great office. It is never a difficult experience. In most cases everything goes smoothly, and I never walk out feeling upset. I want to thank them for that. I have walked out of several doctor offices not feeling great.

        Always great service and staff. Our family found this gem a few years ago and won't go anywhere else for eye care. There may be better places to get glasses, but the eye care is amazing.

      Saturday 8-11:30 (every other week) At Allegheny West Eye Care, we are committed not only to improving your vision, but also to ensuring the best possible health of your eyes. We combine the time-tested eye examination techniques with the latest technology to diagnose and treat your eyes. We perform cataract evaluations, diabetic eye examinations, glaucoma screenings, and refractive surgery evaluations in addition to comprehensive eye examinations. With our advanced ophthalmic diagnostic equipment, our doctors can detect these diseases in the early stages and limit the damage they can do to your eyes. Our office is equipped with the Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer, the Zeiss Optic Nerve Analyzer, as well as imaging equipment to diagnose and monitor retinal conditions. And if cataract surgery is required, our office has the Zeiss IOL Master and ocular ultrasound technology to aid in providing accurate optical results. We offer the latest eyeglass fashions in our full service optical, and we specialize in fitting a wide range of contact lenses to accommodate your lifestyle.
